Wow, I made it!
Another month, another year down! This year was easier than last year....I kept my posts shorter...and I kept them light and easy and I feel good about that. I love having a place for my stories to live....even if I don't really have an audience and no one really reads this, it is a great digital archive. Today, a student asked how old I am...and he guessed that I'm not a day over 27...how flattering...I'll be 39 in two weeks I told him...and he was surprised by that....I don't think kids have a good grasp on age, or maybe I just have a youthful face, LOL Anyway, I'm a little nervous about turning 39, I kinda feel like its the end of an era in a lot of ways, the end of my youth. How perfect to end year 8 of slicing with the end of my 38th year....I'm planning to do it the next to years so that I can have a time capsule of a decade. And that's my slice!
